Project Delivery Manager
Randstad is seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from conception to completion.

About the Role:
* Pre-Construction Phase: Input into design meetings to guide construction methods and recommend timelines.
* Design Management: Post-handover from development team, oversee innovation, value engineering, cost planning, feasibility validation, and design novation.
* During Construction Phase: Undertake Principal's Representative role, champion customer-focused culture, review construction programs, assess progress claims, maintain records, manage samples and finishes approval/selection, and inspect progress work.
* Completion Phase: Ensure all necessary certificates are obtained, manage securities and retention releases, coordinate handover manuals, and compile reports on future improvements.
Requirements:
* A stable track record of working in property development in Queensland managing developments up to $100m in value.
* Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
* Relationship-focused individual with minimum 7 years' experience in Australia working for a Property Developer.
