About the Role
We are looking for a high‐calibre Appliance Service Technician to join our Adelaide team. You will carry out professional quality service repairs directly to customers at their residence or in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Repair and fully test the operation of appliances and air‐conditioners, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions.
* Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
* Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.

Qualifications
* Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) (preferred).
* Industry experience (minimum).
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong PC skills.
* Provide premium customer service.
* Self‐motivated with a positive, friendly, approachable nature.
