We have an exciting opportunity available in our Service & Parts department at our Nissan & Renault Dealership in Bunbury.
The position will be a mix of the below.
Responsibilities
* Parts interpretation, which includes sales, ordering and invoicing.
* Parts store location management.
* Checking customer vehicles in.
* Taking Service and Warranty bookings via phone & email.
* Assisting with running the service counter.
* Assistant to the Parts & Service Managers as needed.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Attention to detail
* Communicate effectively with fellow staff and customers
* Strong ability to multitask
* Handle high pressure situations
* Great attitude and ability to work within a team
* Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
* Experienced operators of parts and/or service welcome.
* No experience but willing to have a go? We will train and develop the right candidate.
