About the Role
You'll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members in our Adelaide Contact Centre where your role will be to promote, recommend and refer insurance and financial products to meet the needs of our Members. You will manage inbound enquiries and make proactive outbound calls to identify opportunities and deliver the right solutions. We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer rotating rostered hours across Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm with a rotational roster for some Saturdays 8.30am to 12pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound Member calls relating to insurance and financial products
* Promote and recommend insurance solutions through consultative conversations
* Drive Member satisfaction by resolving enquiries accurately and efficiently
* Contribute to team sales KPIs and individual performance targets
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless Member experience
Skills & Experience
* Confident phone communicator with inbound and outbound call experience or in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Motivated to meet and exceed sales and service KPIs
* Strong attention to detail with ability to build genuine Member relationships
* Natural team player wanting to be part of an energetic group
* No specific insurance experience is required — full on-the-job training provided although if you have a background in financial services, health insurance, or general insurance that's even better.
