The role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial landscaping and civil projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality landscapes that shape communities. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from site preparation to completion, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your every day
* Overseeing site operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
* Coordinating materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project timelines.
* Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Managing WHS protocols and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
* Collaborating with project managers and engineers to meet project goals.
* Providing leadership and mentoring to site teams and apprentices.
Who are you?
* Proven experience in commercial landscaping and or civil construction
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* A thorough understanding of WHS regulations and environmental standards.
* The ability to interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications and construction industry white card.
* A current driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites.
