Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our team as a Lifestyle Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to meet their physical, social, and recreational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
* To design and deliver engaging activities tailored to residents' needs and preferences
* To assist in the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of the activities calendar
* To promote available activities within the village and the local community
* To update Care Plans and complete relevant documentation
Requirements:
* A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or a Certificate III in Aged Care
* A genuine interest in caring for seniors and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly working with people living with dementia
* A current First Aid Certificate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
