Change and Adoption Specialist
The University is seeking a Change and Adoption Specialist to support the delivery of change and adoption activities that ensure new IT solutions are successfully embedded across the institution.
This role will contribute to initiatives that enhance digital engagement and build user confidence across our academic and professional communities.
* Develop and deliver strategic plans aligned with project objectives.
* Engage key stakeholder groups to foster trust, awareness, and buy-in.
* Conduct impact assessments and monitor adoption rates to measure success.
* Prepare and deliver workshops, communications, and training sessions.
* Collaborate across teams to develop knowledge content and ensure effective training delivery.
* Monitor feedback and use insights to inform adoption strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain governance by ensuring all change documentation is accurate, approved, and stored appropriately.
