About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to provide administrative and customer service support for Child and Family Health Service sites across South Australia – Country South.
Job Description
* Deliver professional, high-quality customer service across multiple Child and Family Health Service sites
* Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to management, clinical and regional staff
* Maintain data integrity, electronic records and documentation in line with departmental procedures
* Coordinate appointment bookings, correspondence and general office workflows
* Support daily operations, contributing to a cohesive and responsive multidisciplinary team
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and staff
* Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service within a health or service setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data entry and record management systems
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable approach, with professionalism and teamwork in dynamic environments
