Position Details
Contract: Permanent Part-Time
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Pay: From $32.34 per hour + penalties + super
Location: Kalgoorlie Train Station
Roster – Availability required for set shifts:
* Afternoon Shifts (Monday to Friday — 14:00 to 16:00)
* Night Shifts (Monday and Friday only — 22:00 to 00:00). End times may vary slightly due to train delays.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning staff and allocate tasks
* Ensure cleaning standards and safety compliance
* Conduct quality checks
* Perform hands‐on cleaning as required
About You
* Previous cleaning experience, with the ability or aspiration to lead and supervise a small team
* Reliable, organised and confident leading teams
* Physically fit for cleaning duties
* Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Able to pass medical and drug and alcohol testing
