About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of a fast‐paced quick service restaurant, with a focus on people, performance, and profitability.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of crew members and shift supervisors
* Managing daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service standards, and cleanliness
* Driving sales performance and meeting budgeted targets
* Overseeing rostering, labour management, and cost controls
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, WHS, and brand standards
* Handling stock ordering, inventory management, and supplier relationships
* Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving escalated complaints
* Conducting performance reviews and supporting staff development
What We're Looking For
* Diploma or above in Hospitality/Retail Management
* Minimum 3 years Proven experience in a management role within the quick service, fast food, or hospitality industry
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
* Sound understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs
* Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Annual Salary
$75,000‐$80,000 + Super.
