We're looking for a Client Engagement Lead in Perth (hybrid) to help us do it.
This isn't a ticket-moving role. You're a digital generalist who thrives on orchestrating complex, multi-layered engagements, from future-focused websites and CRM rollouts to brand campaigns and AI-integrated experiences.
You understand that a brand's digital ecosystem is never just one thing: it's the sum of every platform decision, every customer touchpoint, every integration that either holds together or doesn't. You're the person who makes sure it holds.
What You'll Do
* Manage the Ecosystem: Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects spanning web production, digital integrations, digital marketing campaigns, and brand executions.
* Lead Client Communications: Act as the primary, confident voice for stakeholders, guiding them through milestones, managing expectations, and running seamless status meetings.
* Drive Exceptional Delivery: Build trusted relationships by immersing yourself in our clients' businesses, ensuring every project is executed flawlessly, adds clear value, and consistently exceeds their standards.
* Collaborate in a Pod: Work within a dedicated pod structure, partnering with strategy, creative, and technical leads to drive efficiency and shared ownership of client success.
* Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and scopes from initial briefing through to production, launch, and post-live analysis.
* Protect & Expand Scope: Keep projects profitable and on schedule, while comfortably navigating change requests and turning client challenges into new creative or technical solutions.
What You Bring
* Digital Generalist Expertise: Proven experience managing diverse engagements, with a solid grasp of web design & production, CRMs, digital marketing, and creative marketing & brand campaigns.
* Client-First Mindset: A track record of building deep, trusted relationships and the commercial acumen to naturally spot and unlock opportunities for clients.
* Exceptional Communication: The confidence to lead day-to-day client communications, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide diverse teams with ease.
* End-to-End Ownership: Sharp project management skills with experience owning timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scopes from briefing to post-live analysis.
* Collaborative Spirit: A positive attitude for teamwork, comfortable working closely within an agile, multi-disciplinary pod (strategy, creative, and tech).
* Proactive Problem Solving: A mindset that can think laterally with the ability to turn client challenges into creative or technical solutions.

This role is ideally a full-time position but flexible / part‐time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
