Icebolt Electrical + Air Con has spent years becoming one of the region's trusted names in electrical and air conditioning. Now we're expanding into plumbing — and we need the right person to lead it.
This isn't a role where you slot into someone else's structure. You'll build the division yourself: the team, the processes, the culture, the client relationships. You'll have the backing of an established business — existing clients, proven systems, solid leadership — without the risk of going it alone.
What you'll do
You'll own the plumbing division end to end. That means setting up operations, leading quoting and project delivery, ensuring compliance, and working alongside our leadership team to drive growth. You'll be the face of the division — building relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders — and you'll be accountable for its profitability and reputation.
Who you are
You're a licensed plumber who's great on the tools and into running jobs, managing people and leading a business — and you're hungry to do more. You think commercially, communicate clearly, and don't wait to be told what to do. You're organised enough to build structure where there isn't any, and resilient enough to enjoy it.
