Our thriving Distribution Centre is seeking Forklift Operators to play a pivotal role in the smooth-running of our warehouse operations. The Forklift Operator roles will be on a casual basis, to support our team over our peak period (October - January).
Our Truganina DC has 2 shifts – 8am - 4pm or 2pm - 10pm. As there is no public transport available for our location, you need your own transport to get to this warehouse.
Your Role: Forklift Operator - Reach - Seasonal Casual
- Loading and unloading of Linehaul trailers, local vehicles, and inbound containers
- Loading a range of general oversized products and freight
- Inbound receiving and outbound dispatching
- Moving pallets around the warehouse
- Meeting loading and unloading deadlines whilst maintaining safety and zero damages
- Assisting with the other warehouse duties as needed
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and high standards of service are always maintained while complying with our OH&S; policies
To be successful, you must have:
- Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Experience in warehouse practice – we do not have cold storage or hazardous materials but we do need reach experience (not only counterbalance)
- Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team environment
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a commitment to safe work practices

Seasonal incentives are paid and overtime is available.
