About the Role
Branch Sales & Logistics Manager – Regional NSW at Forbes. Permanent full‐time position focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and leading the branch team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage merchandise business plans and budgets.
* Meet key performance indicators and expenditure targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that strengthen the growth of their business.
* Proactively source new business to achieve KPIs and targets.
Qualifications
* Comfortable and thriving in a collaborative working environment.
* Passionate about effecting real change for both clients and the community.
* Extensive sales experience and a successful sales record in a rural products business.
* Committed to the provision of high‐quality customer service.
* Possess extensive knowledge of agricultural products, the region, and competitors.
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
