Our client is a market leader in engineering and fabrication solutions for the mining and industrial sectors. Known for their innovation, quality, and customer-focused approach, the company provides a wide range of engineered safety and productivity products to some of Australia's largest mining operations. Due to company growth, they are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Head of Large Contracts at their Welshpool site.
The Role :
In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administration and operational support to three senior leaders of the business, ensuring they have clarity and structure to focus on key business ventures. Working across multiple divisions and interacting with key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in keeping leadership functions running smoothly.
Key duties include :
Managing inboxes and calendars for the GM, Sales Manager and Head of Large Contracts.
Organise meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assisting with reports, proposals, tenders, presentations and research tasks.
Drafting emails and filtering inquiries.
Proactive use and research into AI tools, to assist / streamline administrative tasks.
Provide a professional point of contact for internal staff, customers, and suppliers.
About You :
You're an experienced Executive Assistant who is proactive, calm and able to adapt to any situation. You excel at juggling multiple priorities, take initiative, and enjoy enabling leaders for them to perform at their best.
To be successful, you will bring :
Proven EA / PA experience supporting senior leaders (GM, Director or similar).
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and high computer literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare documentation and manage competing priorities.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Interest in AI, automation and efficient work practices.
