Company Description
ANU Solar Racing is a vibrant and diverse team of students from The Australian National University, united by a passion for innovation and sustainable technology. With members from disciplines including engineering, science, commerce, law, graphic design, and the arts, the team is developing a solar-powered vehicle to compete in the 2027 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge.
This demanding 3,000 km race from Darwin to Adelaide brings together leading universities from around the world. Having previously raced three solar cars, ANU Solar Racing is committed to learning, improving, and pushing further with its fourth entry into the competition. The team fosters a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and community.
Role Descriptions
Partnerships and Assets is responsible for managing the team's relationships with sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders. Members work to maintain strong professional relationships, fulfil sponsorship deliverables, coordinate partner recognition, and assist in securing new partnership opportunities that support the team's operations and long-term goals.
Marketing and Engagement oversees the team's communications and public presence through social media, presentations, outreach material, articles, and collaborative content with partners. This sub-branch helps promote the team's achievements, engage with the wider community, and maintain a consistent and professional brand image.
Events and Logistics coordinates the planning and operation of the team's events and activities. This includes major team events, partner functions, school outreach programs, training sessions, and team social events, while also managing the logistics required to ensure events run smoothly and effectively.
