About the Role:
Do you have a keen interest in gynaecological, obstetric, and broader gender-inclusive health? Would you like to work in a fast-paced clinical environment?
In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee clinic scheduling to ensure appointment slots are fully utilised, adjusting where necessary, and delegating any rescheduling tasks to the team. You will respond to patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, while consistently delivering a high level of customer service. You will also provide vital administrative support to clinicians, including doctors, nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals.
Additionally, you will manage administration rosters and coordinate short notice cover for staff absences. While the position is not solely front-facing, you may occasionally be required to step into a reception (front-of-house) role to support the team as needed.
