We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our client's front-of-house area efficiently and professionally.
* Provide a warm and professional experience for all guests.
* Operate a busy computer-based switchboard, handling incoming calls efficiently, and directing them to appropriate staff or departments.
* Greet and assist clients courteously and professionally, both in person and on the phone.
* Coordinate bookings for meeting and presentation rooms.
* Manage general stationery orders and maintain inventory.
* Organise and coordinate shipments; handle quotes and order courier supplies.
* Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, events) for staff, ensuring proper approvals for travel and expenses.
* Coordinate catering for meetings, presentations, and company clients.
Requirements
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is essential.
Proven reception/customer service experience and knowledge of office procedures are necessary.
A bright, friendly personality with a professional and dedicated outlook is required.
Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills are essential.
A positive attitude, quick learner, and ability to handle pressure well are necessary.
