Job Title: Digital Strategy Expertise to Advance NSW Government Priorities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategist to join our Customer Success team driving the NSW Digital Strategy (NSWDS). This role is part of Digital Strategy, Investment, Assurance and Sourcing (DSIAS), a dynamic and fast-growing branch within Digital NSW at the Department of Customer Service.
About the Role
The NSW Digital Strategy was launched in 2020 and outlines the strategic direction for NSW to advance government priorities through digital. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting delivery of the NSW Digital Strategy major update in 2023.
* Contribute to the delivery of the major update to the NSW Digital Strategy by conducting research and analysis to clearly articulate key strategy messages.
* Support publishing activities of the updated NSW Digital Strategy on Digital NSW website.
* Organise and coordinate virtual events for the NSW Digital Strategy Community of Practice (NSWDS CoP), fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Maintain and update the NSWDS CoP SharePoint site, ensuring content is current and accessible to all members.
* Manage ongoing stakeholder engagement across agencies and departments, ensuring strong communication and alignment with sector objectives.
* Support quarterly reporting of NSW Digital Strategy commitments to the Minister's Office
* Assist in preparing strategic plans, briefings, and reports to support key initiatives and decision-making processes.

Benefits
This package includes a salary range of $113,574 - $125,720 base plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
