**How will I Help?
**This Bid and Pursuit Manager role is part of the Client Engagement team within Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team - one of Westpac’s Institutional Bank (WIB) key pillars. You will help facilitate and manage the end-to-end pursuit life-cycle, work closely with key stakeholders, develop and manage project timelines, and keep teams focused on meeting key milestones. You will create bids, tenders and proposals that articulate the GTS value proposition, benefits and service offerings.
In this role, you will ensure the documents produced are compelling, tailored to reflect each customer’s requirements, highlights our differentiators, and meets the individual specifications of each response.
You will also have the ability to draft and create new content to add to the content repository and support the build-out of presentation materials ensuring the final production of materials are of a high standard and uphold content and brand guidelines.

**What do I need?
**You will have well established verbal and written communication skills and extensive persuasive writing skills in any published area, including marketing, communications, bid, tender or content management. You will have some familiarity utilising content management software and will bring creative design thinking and ideas into this role when mapping customer journeys and designing infographics to depict the transactional banking needs of our clients.
To be successful, you will have the following:
- Well-developed creative/persuasive writing experience
- Analysis and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise
- Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines
- A marketing and/or creative writing background would be advantageous
