The Role
Location: Sydney
The Implementation & Activation Director (Performance) is a critical role, responsible for the direction, workflow, and quality of Implementation Planning and Activation of Performance Campaigns. As a leader, you supervise team workflow, balance workloads, and ensure collaboration between team members and key stakeholders. You provide thought leadership, drive senior client and media partner engagement, and produce best‑in‑class solutions.
* Spearfake SEM Strategy – Develop and direct cutting‑edge Search Marketing strategies for iconic Australian brands.
* Drive Campaign Excellence – Own performance campaigns from planning to activation, leading optimisation to deliver audience‑first results.
* Lead & Inspire a Team – Mentor a brilliant team of performance specialists, champion professional growth, and foster a high‑achieving culture.
* Cultivate Key Relationships – Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and media partners, building deep connections and providing expert thought leadership.
* Innovate & Make an Impact – Identify new opportunities, contribute to award‑winning work, and help shape the future of performance marketing within the agency.
