The successful candidate will possess current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, along with postgraduate qualifications in nursing, education, or health leadership.
Demonstrated leadership experience in nursing education, workforce development, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards is essential. Strong strategic, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are also required, with experience in curriculum design, digital learning, and resource management.
