Role Description
Join a recent specialist provider making a real impact. MPES supports people living with persistent pain to build confidence, capacity, and sustainable employment pathways under the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract.
We're looking for an Employment Consultant who's motivated, people-focused, and ready to take ownership of our Ipswich and Springfield offices. You'll work independently day-to-day, backed by a supportive leadership team and an integrated health model that ensures participants are genuinely supported.

What You'll Do
* Support participants living with persistent pain to achieve their goals
* Deliver assessments, planning, job search, and ongoing service in line with IEA guidelines
* Build strong participant relationships based on trust and empathy
* Connect with local employers to create quality opportunities
* Manage your caseload with a balance of structure and independence
What You'll Bring
* Experience in employment services, counselling, health, disability, or similar
* Minimum 2 years' experience in employment services, rehab counselling or similar fields
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* A proactive, organised approach and confidence working solo
* Ability to support people with complex barriers
* Driver's licence, Blue Card, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian citizenship required
