What your Day to Day will look like:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top‐tier service and support.
* Build relationships with customers via phone and email to assist with queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and account matters.
* Assist with general branch support and administration.
* Collaborate with other team members to streamline the customer experience and improve sales processes.
