The Role
We're seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist on a 12month contract to support the delivery of our Internal Communications and Engagement Strategy.
You'll work closely with leaders across the business to create clear, engaging communications that keep employees informed, connected, and aligned.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop engaging content (intranet, newsletters, leader communications)
* Partner with leaders to deliver effective messaging and change communications
* Oversee internal channels including SharePoint
* Manage engagement initiatives and campaigns
* Manage internal in-person events
* Track communication effectiveness and provide insights
About You
* 5+ years' experience in internal communications, marketing, or PR
* Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
* Experience simplifying complex topics into engaging content
* A creative thinker who isn't afraid to champion new ideas
* Organised and has strong attention to detail
* Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with Canva or similar tools
