The Opportunity Awaits:
In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional attitude and work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Mastering Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools
* Collaborating closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
* Thriving under pressure and meeting strict deadlines with poise and professionalism
* Working independently and taking ownership of your projects
* Championing company policies and guidelines with unwavering diligence
* Assisting the civil team to guarantee timely project delivery
* Coordinating logistics, plant/vehicles, and resources across various departments
* Conducting SWMS, Prestart, and Toolbox Talks on-site each morning
Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to ensure flawless implementation
* Collaborating with supervisors and managing on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Previous on-site and project experience (preferred)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
