* Strong leadership, technical and interpersonal abilities to enable effective planning, execution and completion of projects.
* Team first leadership style driving expectations from the front.
* Solid knowledge of the Mines Safety and Inspection and the OH&S Acts and Regulations.
* Proactive planning of works.
* Understanding of safety expectations in a mining environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
* S26 required.
* Tertiary qualifications desirable.
* Unrestricted Australian working rights.
