We are looking for a motivated **Sales Support Administrator** to join our friendly and supportive team in Tullamarine. This full-time, office-based position offers the potential for permanency after 3-6 months, along with an attractive hourly rate of $35.00 - $40.00 plus Super.
**About the Role**:
- Assist Management with project and client follow-ups.
- Engage with smaller clients, follow up on estimates, and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
- Utilise CRM systems, specifically BCI and Zoho, to identify and manage construction projects across Melbourne.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm
- **Start date**: 6th of September
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum of three years** of experience in B2B sales support and administration.
- Quick learner with exceptional **attention to detail.**:
- Prior experience with CRM systems, especially Zoho.
- Background in business-to-business sales.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
