These roles will play a key part in delivering essential infrastructure projects, supporting the planning, design, and execution of civil works across the local government area.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects from concept through to completion (roads, drainage, community assets)
* Prepare and review project plans, designs, and technical specifications
* Oversee procurement processes, including tendering, contractor selection, and contract administration
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and the community
* Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, legislation, and Council policies
About You
* Qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Experience working in local government or infrastructure project delivery (highly desirable)
* Strong knowledge of civil construction, contract management, and project delivery frameworks
