Sales Executive – Financial Services
Overview
Outside sales of Domain/CoStar Group Property Data Solutions to the Financial Services Industry. Target markets include Banking, Mortgage Brokers and Valuers. Drive growth through new and existing business, leveraging strong property data solutions such as direct data feeds, the PriceFinder platform, and Automated Valuation Models.
Responsibilities
* Grow and develop the sales pipeline to achieve individual targets through new business activity and client engagement.
* Maintain best‐practice pipeline management, logging all prospect and client activity, qualifying inbound leads within 48 hours and ensuring accurate reporting at team meetings.
* Support go‐to‐market initiatives for new or enhanced products within your territory and capture timely feedback for product improvement.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Product, Pre/Post Sales Specialists, Operations, Pricing, Legal) to maintain momentum and achieve quarterly goals.
* Become a domain expert in property data solutions and conduct product demonstrations, training, data workshops and client/market events.
* Travel interstate to engage with assigned sales territory.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of B2B consultative or diagnostic sales and account management experience in data/SaaS, preferably within Financial Services.
* Strong ability to understand target client requirements, identify relevant solutions and clearly communicate proposals.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with executive and technical stakeholders.
* Experience handling contract negotiations for new business and subscription renewals.
* Proficiency in using a CRM for sales activity, pipeline development and performance reporting.
* Enthusiastic, passion‐driven, and committed to building lasting business relationships and expanding market share.
* Desirable: Property data solution sales experience in the Australian financial services market or direct Australian property market experience at a lending, valuation or mortgage broking company.
