**Site Supervisor**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Your focus will be responsibilities for day-to-day plant operation support to the site
- Furthermore, you will be ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality
- Accountable for controllable site costs, data reporting and Process Safety
- You will also be managing, planning and supervising the execution of maintenance activities
- Responsible for storage and control of spare parts in the plants
- Assisting in plant operations including shutdown and restart will be part of your day
- Responsible for meeting contractual and supply commitments.
**What makes you great**
- You possess a relevant Engineering degree or extensive trade experience in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation
- Further, you have 3+ people leadership/supervisory experience, risk mitigating skillsets to operate a process plant on a 24/7 operating basis - Desirable
- Proven operating experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations in relevant industries such as Industrial gas, oil and gas, LNG and petrochemical
- Your prior experience with maintenance of process plants includes understanding of CMMS and Maintenance strategies.
- Effective communication within a team environment
- Experienced with control of work. Demonstrated prior knowledge with PTW. Isolations and risk assessment
- Willingness to be on call as required.

The purpose of this role is to lead staff, contractors and engage with other key stakeholders to ensure that the business objectives for the area along with ensuring target KPI's are achieved and that plants are operated & maintained in a safe, reliable, efficient manner in line with all company and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for working in collaboration with teams across the Murrin Murrin facilities this will include the customer. Core responsibilities will be to manage efficient, safe and reliable production of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) and Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) whilst ensuring costs are maintained within budget, and proactively seeking out productivity improvements.
**This is a FIFO role based at our production site at Murrin Murrin, WA**
