Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, the National Sales Manager for Breast and Skeletal Health (BSH) will have responsibility across ANZ to lead and develop a close-knit team of sales professionals. In this role, you drive the business to expand access to our life‐saving Breast and Skeletal Health solutions that enable early detection, more certain diagnoses and accurate, compassionate treatment to ensure patients have the best care when they need it most. The Hologic Breast Health portfolio is known for its cutting‐edge technology and a portfolio synonymous with the gold standard for women's health.

Qualifications
We are looking for a results‐driven professional with a thorough understanding of sales excellence methodology, the ability to confidently communicate at an executive level and a commitment to supporting a positive team culture. Adding to your success in this role will be your critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence, talent in influencing, negotiating and communicating for impact and your positive outlook and ability to work with ambiguity. Experience required includes.
1. At least 10 years of selling capital equipment, ideally imaging solutions.
2. Bachelor's degree (ideally in business or related discipline).
3. Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record, and own a serviceable vehicle available for work use.
4. Ability to travel often at short notice.
