**Talent Acquisition Consultant - Wacol, Brisbane - 12 months contract, Hybrid setup (3x per week onsite)**
What You Will Be Doing:
- **Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment**: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for positions across various departments.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- **Innovative Sourcing Techniques**: Utilize methods such as direct sourcing, networking, and industry events to build strong talent pipelines.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align on hiring goals and expectations.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Maintain compliance with industry-specific regulations and company hiring policies.
- **Leverage Data and Metrics**: Use recruitment metrics to track progress and improve hiring strategies.
- **Employer Branding Initiatives**: Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the industry.
About You:
- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in the medical device/life sciences sector.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges, talent trends, and regulatory requirements.
- **Sourcing Expertise**: Experience with various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- **Multi-Tasking Ability**: Capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Legal Knowledge**: Understanding of employment laws and best practices related to talent acquisition.
