We are seeking an Administration Manager to join our expanding Dealership in Rockingham. Reporting to the General Manager/Dealer Principal you will be responsible for leading an efficient Administration department covering all aspects of Dealership administration.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of BAS and other statutory/taxation obligations
* Preparation of Fortnightly Payroll
* Employee Superannuation obligations
* Debtors/Creditors
* Ensure EOM deadlines are met to the highest standard
* Liaise with external accountants to provide information as required
* Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
* Preparation of Year End financial file
* Financial Reporting to Manufacturers
Skills and Experience
* Previous Dealership administration experience would be preferred
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and time management skills
