Morgans Financial Brighton is seeking a high-calibre graduate to join our team as an Associate, commencing in July 2026.
This role has become available as a current Associate transitions into an Adviser position within the team — reflecting our focus on developing talent internally.
You will join a high-performing, client-focused environment and work closely with experienced Advisers and Directors, gaining meaningful exposure to investment markets, client portfolios, and the advisory process.

This is a broad, hands‐on role where you will support advisers across portfolio management, client service, and advice preparation — while steadily building your technical and commercial capability.
Unlike many graduate roles, this position offers genuine insight into how advice is delivered and portfolios are managed in practice.

What you'll be doing
This role will evolve over time, but your core responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Advisers and Directors with client portfolio management and reporting
* Conducting market research and investment analysis
* Assisting in the preparation of client materials, including review packs and recommendations
* Supporting the preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice (SoAs)
* Managing client onboarding, administration, and compliance processes
* Developing knowledge across equities, ETFs, managed funds, and portfolio construction
* Assisting in maintaining a high standard of client service and communication
Over time, you will be given the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your capability develops.

What we're looking for

* A recent graduate (within 1–2 years) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
* Demonstrated interest in financial markets and investing
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, team-oriented, and willing to learn
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications is expected.
