**DUTIES**
The duties are designed to deliver one or more of the following outcomes:
- Data entry of Invoices, excess receipts and Credit notes
- Communicating with suppliers and sublets
- Reconciling invoices and statements for accounts payable
- Maintenance of historical records
- Reporting of aged payables and other ad hoc reporting
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid understand of basic accounting and accounts payable principals
- Accurate data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to build good relationships with Vendors and suppliers
- A drivers’ licence
- Excellent Verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to priorities and multi task
- Valuable software skills including Excel, Word and Xero
- Ibody experience would be beneficial however not required
