About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial projects across NSW. This is a hands‐on leadership role combining end-to-end project delivery, technical input, client relationship management, and business development. Supported by our Melbourne head office, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding our presence across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and the ability to influence project success from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery from tender through design, construction, commissioning, and handover
* Maintain project schedules, budgets, profitability, and quality outcomes
* Implement risk management processes, including SWMS and safety assessments
* Build strong relationships with existing national customers
* Support growth of our Sydney and NSW client base
* Provide hands‐on technical input across design, coordination, and quality control
* Apply industrial electrical expertise across switchboards, control systems, and plant infrastructure
* Mentor subcontractors and develop trusted partner relationships
* Travel as required to support project and client needs
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years' project management experience within industrial or infrastructure sectors
* Prior experience across industrial environments such as manufacturing or utilities
* Current NSW Electrical Licence
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* A self-motivated mindset with the drive to grow a regional presence
* Hands‐on experience with LV switchboards, control panels, MCCs, and distribution systems
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully
