PACE ARCHITECTS are seeking a LOCAL experienced Senior Revit Draftsperson to take ownership of in-house BIM modelling and construction documentation across major industrial projects.
This is a key technical role within the practice. You will work closely with Project Leaders and Directors, while coordinating with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Hydraulic consultants to ensure accurate, efficient and buildable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate BIM models across multiple projects
* Produce and manage detailed construction documentation packages
* Coordinate consultant models and resolve clashes proactively
* Maintain and manage drawing registers and document control
* Review shop drawings and assist with technical coordination
* Ensure documentation aligns with NCC and Australian Standards
* Undertake site visits and assist with construction phase support
* Contribute to improving internal Revit standards and workflows
About You
* 5+ years' strong Revit documentation experience (Senior level preferred)
* High-level proficiency in Revit (modelling, detailing and documentation)
* Experience with BIM 360
* Strong understanding of buildability and consultant coordination
* Comprehensive knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture / Architectural Technology or equivalent industry experience
Industrial sector experience is highly regarded.
