Essential Tasks
* Lead and maintain program-level risk and issue registers, templates and governance rhythms.
* Identify, assess and monitor strategic, operational, financial, probity and reputational risks.
* Deliver executive risk reporting, briefings, trend analysis and forward‐looking advice.
* Partner with assurance, audit, legal/probity and finance teams to strengthen risk controls.
Key Criteria
* Demonstrated experience leading risk and issue management in complex program environments.
* Strong judgement, analysis and ability to test controls, treatments and risk ratings.
* Experience supporting audits, assurance activity and defensible risk documentation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior executives and external partners.
