The Team
Reporting to a Regional General Manager, you will receive support from:
* 1x Care Manager
* 2x Clinical Care Coordinators
* Head‐office Quality Partners who travel to the site whenever specialised compliance or audit support is required.
The Package
* $175,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
* Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
The Role
* Operations: Lead daily clinical, financial, and operational activities to ensure high‐quality, resident‐focused care.
* Compliance: Manage the facility in strict alignment with the Aged Care Act 1997 and Commonwealth Accreditation Standards.
* Finance: Manage the facility budget by optimizing rosters, controlling consumable costs, and minimising agency staff.
* Leadership: Recruit, supervise, and develop clinical, administrative, and hospitality teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Quality & Risk: Drive continuous improvement by chairing the quality committee, managing risks, and investigating incidents.
