Overview
Our client is a manufacturer of quality poultry products for food service and retail markets, located in Geelong. We are looking for process workers for their poultry processing plant.
Shift Details
Immediate start, 5 days a week. Day shift 4:00–12:30, afternoon shift 1:30–10:00, Monday–Friday. Location: Geelong.
Responsibilities
* Preparing packaging material and labels
* Sorting and grading whole bird pieces
* Packing whole birds and pieces into cartons
* Loading and unloading cartons and crates onto and off pallets and conveyors
* Maintaining high food safety, quality and animal welfare standards
* Performing any other necessary support duties for the efficient, hygienic and safe operation of the plant.
Requirements
* Own car and driver's licence
* Flexible availability and ability to commit to working hours
* Hard working and 100% reliable
* Physically fit to stand and perform picking and packing work
* Ability to undergo Medical and Police check
Compensation
Hourly rate of $32.76.
