BREC (Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre) – Bunbury WA
What You'll Be Doing
Help prepare and serve café snacks, tea, coffee, and other light refreshments. This role is suited for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy customer service and working in a fast‐paced environment. Cash handling will be involved, so prior experience with a Cash/EFTpos system is helpful, though not essential. Training is provided.
Why This Matters
BREC relies on the support of volunteers to bring the arts to life in the South West. Volunteers are the heart of our organisation – without them, the show truly can't go on. From assisting patrons to serving refreshments, volunteers ensure smooth operations and exceptional experiences for over 40,000 visitors each year.
The Best Bit
Volunteering at BREC is a fun, social and rewarding way to be part of the arts. You'll meet like‐minded people, enjoy behind‐the‐scenes access to live performances, and gain hands‐on experience in a dynamic venue. Whether you're helping at the bar, welcoming audiences or assisting with events, every shift brings something different. Best of all, you'll contribute to a vibrant arts culture and make a real difference in your community.
