Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, your duties may include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Managing service requests and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Providing information on products, services, orders, or accounts
- Supporting internal teams with administration and follow-up tasks
- Escalating complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries calmly and efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following processes
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
A Certificate III in Customer Engagement or similar is highly regarded but not essential.
