This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Personal Support Assistant, providing care and support to our valued residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with safe mobility and mealtime support, applying basic personal care, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing emotional support and companionship.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding
* Provide assistance with mobility and transferring
* Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
* Engage residents in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
Requirements:
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance
* Full working rights in Australia
* Cert III in Individual Support or related field
* First Aid Certificate
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
