DUE TO EXPANDING, we NOW have 2 workshops in Mornington with close vicinity to each other, and we are currently recruiting a roadworthy technician to join the team.

* $5,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 paid after 30 days and $2,500 paid after probation period.

About the role
* Conduct comprehensive Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) inspections with a high level of accuracy and compliance
* Provide expert mechanical assessments and clear advice on vehicle condition
* Perform general repairs, reconditioning, and scheduled servicing across a wide range of vehicles
* Build strong working relationships with workshop staff and dealership teams to support smooth operations
* Diagnose and resolve complex or unusual mechanical issues efficiently
* Carry out test drives and complete final quality checks prior to vehicle delivery or return
About you
* A Light Vehicle Roadworthy Licence
* Qualified Automotive Technician with a proven track record in automotive repairs with proven diagnostic experience/competency
* Ideally, you will have experience with a wide range of luxury and volume brands
* Ability to work independently to achieve targets and standards
* Excellent communication skills and time management skills
* Possess a positive \"can-do\" attitude, demonstrating pride in your work
* A current unrestricted driver's licence
