Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Culture Manager to lead our Human Resources team in delivering exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a T&C/HR capacity within the Hospitality environment.
* Hands-on experience across end-to-end T&C/HR cycle including recruitment, WHS, performance management, and learning and development.
* Thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Modern Award.

The Talent and Culture Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
* Providing expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, policy development, and compliance.
* Liaising with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decision-making.
