Your Role with Us
* Assist in leading a team and drive sales while sharing knowledge of the great outdoors.
* As Assistant Store Manager, work closely with your team across: Management of Inventory.
* Opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager role in the absence of the Store Manager.

About You
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family.
* You regularly participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping and travel.
* Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
* Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar role or 2–3 years in a retail sales role.
* Computer literate.
* Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
