Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager
This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis, and debt management. The successful candidate will have strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.
The key responsibilities include:
* Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Team Leadership:Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.
* Operational Direction:Provide hands-on management and operational direction to the credit team.
* Reconciliations & Reporting:Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year-end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Collections:Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Excel and other computer skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* AICM Membership preferred
