Lighthouse Childcare proudly awarded Best Childcare in the Inner West (2018, 2022 & 2024) is seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance, compliance, and Assessment & Rating processes.
This full-time leadership role is ideal for a passionate early childhood professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact across multiple centres, supported by a stable team of experienced Directors and a full-time Educational Leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead preparation and post-review for Assessment & Rating
* Ensure compliance with the National Law and Regulations
* Drive and review Self Assessment across all services
* Conduct internal audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives
* Coach and mentor educators, Room Leaders, and Centre Directors
* Liaise with the Department of Education and provide compliance reporting
What You Need
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT qualification – essential)
* 3–5+ years in a senior leadership or compliance role
* Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks
* Demonstrated success in services rated Exceeding
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
* Valid driver's licence
* Experience as a Centre Director or Area Manager
* Working knowledge of OWNA platform
* Experience across multi-site services
