About The Role
This HR Management position will lead and strengthen the team's people and culture function. The role is a hands‐on and strategic position where you'll partner closely with leaders and teams to build a thriving, culturally safe, and high‐performing workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical, solutions‐focused HR guidance
* Lead both strategic and operational HR functions across the organisation
* Partner with teams across three sites, providing hands‐on, visible HR support
* Drive workforce strategies that attract, retain, and develop a values‐driven workforce
* Champion a culturally safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding
* Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, WHS, and internal policies
* Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
* Strengthen HR systems, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and outcomes
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Strong, end‐to‐end HR experience across employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning
* Proven ability to lead HR initiatives, projects, or organisational change
* Experience working in cross-cultural environments, with a genuine commitment to cultural safety
* Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Awards, and compliance frameworks
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust
* High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
* Excellent communication skills, including policy development and reporting
* Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
